Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution
Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
Key activities
Installation and training of robotic systems on-site at customer location.
Test the product thoroughly and ensure it is working perfectly as per end requirement.
